Click on create account and input the required information* (policy number, expiration date, and e-mail associated with the account).
You will be able to issue new certificates, review previously issued certificates, download copies of your policies, and more.
In addition to CSR 24, we are always ready to help. Simply e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Representatives will strive to reply quickly. Please include the certificate holder, address, e-mail or fax, and any required endorsements. For complex certificates, we request you send a sample of the certificate to ensure correctness.
Many times, your certificate holder will ask for detailed items to be included on your certificate of insurance. Insureds will often contact us to "simply check this box" or "include this coverage" on the certificate. Please note that these endorsements dramatically change the scope or limits of coverage. Accordingly, many endorsements require additional premium costs. Therefore, upon request, we will notify you of how your coverage is altered and the associated costs to include the endorsement or language. To protect you, we ask that all endorsements be done in writing (for file keeping). We cannot alter or amend coverage via phone or voice mail system.
